For business accounts or enterprise subscriptions, different terms may apply. Corporate refund requests are handled individually and may involve additional verification steps due to the nature of business accounting requirements.

Important Notice

Refunds cannot be processed for accounts that have been permanently suspended for terms of service violations. Additionally, promotional pricing and discount codes cannot be reapplied to new accounts following refund processing.

What Happens After Your Refund

Once your refund is approved and processed, your access to premium features will be removed immediately. However, you can continue using our basic budgeting tools with a free account. Any data you've entered remains accessible through your free account, so you won't lose your financial tracking history.

If you decide to resubscribe later, you'll be treated as a returning customer. While we can't guarantee the same promotional rates you may have received initially, we often have special offers for previous subscribers who return within six months.
